Hillsborough is embarking on an ambitious journey to reimagine its Town Hall Complex. This project represents more than just a renovation; it is an opportunity to create a vibrant community hub that honors Hillsborough’s cherished neighborhood charm while meeting the evolving needs of its residents.

Our mission is to develop a comprehensive master plan and concept design that seamlessly integrates a modernized Town Hall, a state-of-the-art Police Department facility, inviting community spaces, and 16 residential units. We recognize the importance of preserving Hillsborough’s heritage, and our plan thoughtfully incorporates the relocation or integration of the Centennial Park and Veterans Memorial.
