MULTI-UNIT RESIDENCE

Context
This project involved the horizontal expansion and interior remodel of an existing three-story, two-unit residence. The remodel focused on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere using earthy tones.

Project
The expansion allowed for the creation of two spacious units, each with ample living space. Unit one features two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, while unit two includes two bedrooms and 1.5 baths.

Details
Careful planning ensured that the expansion did not require significant grading, minimizing disruption to the existing landscape. A new deck was added at the rear, providing an outdoor space for relaxation and entertaining.
